A town in Louisiana in the United States has been evacuated after police uncovered three million kilogramme's of explosive material.
Boxes of the M6 propellant used in howitzers and other artillery were found outdoors and stuffed into unauthorised buildings leased by Explo Systems at Camp Minden, a former army munitions plant.
