How to edit a picture into the UNITINU / UNITIИU meme

This is a quick tutorial on how to edit a picture of somebody to look like the UNITINU meme

You can create UNITINU pics with online apps, and you don't necessarily need a photo editor. However it's so quick and easy to do, that I'm doing a short demonstration/tutorial/guide with Photoshop CS5
