Death in stage collapse, Twilight fans start camping

A scaffolding collapse outside of a Linkin Park concert in Cape Town on Wednesday (November 7) turned fatal. Strong winds blew over the structure which was holding a promotional billboard, injuring nineteen and killing one. Linkin Park said they had only learned about the death after the concert, which went ahead as planned despite the rough weather.

Despite a drizzly morning, fans waited in line to set up camp in a parking lot to save a spot at the world premiere of the last Twilight movie. Fans of all ages, but mostly female, set up tents and sleeping bags on Thursday (November 8), in hope to get a glimpse of Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner at the red carpet event. Nearly 2,500 people have pre-registered to take part in the camp out ahead of Monday's premiere (November 12).

Victoria's Secret rolled out the pink carpet ahead of their annual fashion show in New York on a snowy Wednesday (November 7) night and headliners Justin Bieber and Rihanna heated things up as they posed for pictures before hitting the catwalk to perform. U.S. Vice President Joe Biden will make his TV acting debut of sorts with a cameo on NBC's comedy "Parks and Recreation" as the celebrity crush of actress Amy Poehler's ditzy local councilwoman Leslie Knope. Biden will play himself in the episode airing November 15, where Knope, a city councilwoman for the fictional small town of Pawnee, Indiana, has a surprise meeting with the vice president in Washington D.C. The scenes with Biden, which were kept under wraps until after the election, were shot in July in the chambers of the vice president's ceremonial office
