Great Lakes Core-Burning Man 2012

On August 17th, 2012 several groups set off from the Midwest to build an effigy in the middle of the Black Rock Desert. This highlights one of those groups. 72 hours and 2000 miles later they arrived on Playa. It took five days to build and 45 minutes to burn to the ground. This is the story of art and the people who make the commitment to create it and then destroy it.
