Libya elects another prime minister

Libya's national assembly has elected a new prime minister, the second within a month to face the daunting challenge of forming a government acceptable to country's many factions. Ali Zeidan was elected in a televised count only a week after the last incumbent, Mustapha Abushagur was dismissed due to a vote of no confidence.
