'European GPS' edges closer to completion

Europe's answer to GPS took another step forward on Friday.

A third and fourth Galileo satellite were launched onboard a Russian Soyuz rocket in French Guiana.

It means full testing of the system can begin. A further 30 satellites will be launched by 2018.
