Srebrenica controversy during Bosnian election

As polling stations open throughout Bosnia for municipal elections, the focus has come down on Srebrenica.

Religious tensions have risen after a change in the election rules means a Serb is eligible for election there for the first time since the 1995 massacre in which Bosnian Serb forces killed 8000 Muslim men and boys in the town.
