Islamist cleric Abu Hamza al-Masri, seen here in London in 2003, is set to face yet another trial after arriving in the United States by plane early Saturday morning.

The radical preacher was extradited to the U.S. where he faces several terrorism charges over supposed links to al Qaeda, a kidnapping in Yemen and opening a militant training camp in America.

The 54-year-old lost an eight-year battle against deportation in the UK, where he was serving a prison sentence for inciting followers to kill non-believers.

Four other terrorism suspects also lost their appeals against extradition and are being flown to the U.S. to face trial.

Abu Hamza, who lost an eye and both hands in the 1980s, achieved notoriety for praising the September 11 attacks.
