Amnesty International has accused security forces in South Sudan of raping and killing civilians. The human rights group says the violence started during a disarmament campaign in Jonglei state at the end of last year. Police and soldiers went into the region to recover weapons after inter-ethnic fighting that killed hundreds of people. Al Jazeera's Shiulie Gosh asked Barnaba Marial Benjamin South Sudan's minister of information about human rights abuses.
