Bayou Classic Outdoor Patio Stove Review

I thought I’d do something a bit different today and write a review on the Bayou Classic square patio stove. When I started this blog I had intended on occasionally doing reviews of our outdoor cooking equipment, and I think the square patio stove from Bayou Classic is a good place to start.
The square patio stove is a very well built single burner stove designed to handle large stockpots up to 100-quart capacity. Its 6 inch cast iron fry burner gives you 55,000 BTUs, so it easily boils several gallons of water. It’s also great at the campsite or a tailgate party for cooking a pot of jambalaya, chili or soup.
