Every known detonation of a nuclear weapon, be it in anger or in testing (only two have ever been used in anger). Data stops in 1998, so North Korea's potential, unconfirmed detonations are not shown; neither are further Pakistani or Indian. The southern Indian Ocean potential detonation by South Africa was never confirmed, and is also absent.
I first saw this video in a slightly different form on YouTube, and watched because I thought it would be "cool," but instead walked away with a sick feeling in my stomach. People need to see this. 2,053 nuclear detonations.

I set it to some music that is more appropriate to the situation. The people at YouTube blocked it in 227 countries, including France, the UK, Russia and the United States. If there are any countries that DO need to see this, it's them! This coming from an American citizen (born here and everything).
Please, pass it on. I'm not a tree-hugging hippie, but if this doesn't make you say, "Wow..." you need to have your head examined.
