Myanmar reforms failing to hit home

The president of Myanmar is heading to the United States for a landmark visit. Thein Sein has steered his country through a series of reforms and is hoping the US will now start lifting sanctions. But after half a century of military rule, many people have yet to feel the effects of the changes, as Al Jazeera's Wayne Hay reports from Yangon.
