Drug making chemicals confiscated

It may not look like a drug bust... but inside these white bags are chemicals that authorities believe were going to be used to make street drugs.

Marines in Mexico confiscated two shipping containers filled with 639 bags of chlorine methylamine-- which is used to make methamphetamines.

The containers were loaded onto a ship in South Korea and were headed for the western Mexican state of Sinaloa. (seen a-low-ah)

Mexico is one of the world's top drug producers and generates more than 10 billion U.S. dollars in narcotic exports every year.

Mexican President Felipe Calderon has deployed tens of thousands of troops across the country to tackle the drug problem.
