Thousands attend Scotland independence rally
An estimated 5,000 supporters of Scottish independence have taken part in a rally in Edinburgh.
Scotland's First Minister Alex Salmond also attended the event.
Though no precise date has been set for a referendum, an agreement on when to hold the vote could be made with British Prime Minister David Cameron next month.
