Lohan arrested for hit and run in NYC

Lindsay Lohan's legal woes are no longer just limited to Los Angeles.
The actress now faces misdemeanor hit and run charges in New York City, after she clipped a 34-year-old male pedestrian with her car and left the scene.
The incident occurred in the early morning hours of September 19th, when the actress was navigating her Porsche Cayenne SUV into an alley between the Maritime and Dream hotels in lower Manhattan.
The 26-year-old starlet was arrested, charged with a misdemeanor and later released.
Police said the man, who sited a knee injury, is in stable condition at a nearby hospital.
Lohan has been trying to clean up her act after a string of legal and personal battles, which have landed her in rehab and in jail.
