Three hours later, the 2,012-liter cup is filled.

Guinness World Records representative, Seyda Subasi-Gemici says the largest cappuccino category is a new one.

"When there's a new record category there is a minimum requirement which has to be fulfilled. And in this case for the largest cup of cappuccino it has to be a minimum of 1,500 litres."

And this team achieved that and then some.
