The process in total took about 10 minutes but you know me and my talking habit. Also I used the regular blade and, as Rachel mentioned, my coconut flakes, though unsweetened and organic, came with all the oil God intended. This won't work with out it (oil) - and remember - that's what we want - butter/oil. At least from coconuts! :) I just bought one of these blenders and food processors. They aren't a true juicer but people have been asking about them on my site. I'm going to do a longer review later after I try it out for a while.
