A while back I wrote a post on Frying a Turkey and I got so many comments and emails that I decided to do a video on How to Deep Fry Turkey. I have a 12 pound Butterball turkey and I take you through the cooking process step by step.
Now, I don’t want to rewrite the same article, but, there are a few safety points that are worth mentioning again. After all, we are working with hot oil and it can be dangerous. When done safely, deep frying a turkey is quick, simple and delicious.
