Syrian opposition says Russia partially to blame

The Russian government has reportedly condemned the killings in Tremseh. Kofi Annan is expected to be in Moscow next week to get the Russian government's support for a new peace plan.

But, the opposition Syrian National Council says Russia is partially to blame for the violence.
