International Go Topless Day Turns Heads

The International Go Topless Day aims to help women gain the right to go bare chested in public places like the beach and parks. Topless rallies were held in places like New York, New York; Austin, Texas; and Toronto, Canada. In the 1930s, men protested for similar rights and were granted permission, so women are hoping for the same results. Patrick Jones reports.
