Russian vote monitors determined to prevent fraud

Voting will start in the early hours of Sunday in parts of Russia as the nation heads to the polls to elect a new president.
 
Prime Minister Vladimir Putin is almost certain to win, returning to the job after four years as Prime Minister.  
 
Thousands of Russians have signed up to monitor the election, and as Al Jazeera's Charles Stratford reports from Moscow, they are determined to prevent any fraud.
