India finished London Olympics 2012 with a record haul of six medals tonight (Aug 12) with wrestler Sushil Kumar bagging a historic silver medal in the men's 66kg freestyle category. Sushil's silver medal provided a great finishing touch to the country's most successful campaign at the Games as he became the first Indian to win two individual medals at the quadrennial sports extravaganza. Boosted by the 29-year-old Sushil's podium finish, India ended the Games with a tally of two silver and four bronze medals, bettering their earlier high of one gold and two bronzes in Beijing. The other silver medal was bagged by pistol shooter Vijay Kumar while the four bronzes were accounted for by rifle shooter Gagan Narang, woman shuttler Saina Nehwal, woman boxer M C Mary Kom and wrestler Yogeshwar Dutt.
