Smiling Mandela meets Clinton at his S. Africa home

U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton visited her friend and former South African President Nelson Mandela.

The two met at Mandela's country home at Qunu in the Eastern Cape. His wife Gracha Machel also joined in.

The anti-apartheid leader and Nobel Peace Prize winner is in failing health and hasn't had many visitors besides family in the past years.

They've been friends since the 90s.
