Syria denies boy's killing, sets up panel for talks

Syrian officials say they will launch a full inquiry into the death of a 13 year-old boy who has become a symbol for the continued uprising against President Bashar al-Assad. Meanwhile, Assad has announced the formation of a national dialogue committee.
