Argentina marks 60 years since the death of Evita

Argentina marked the 60th anniversary of the death of Eva Peron on Thursday, the country's first lady from 1946 until her death in 1952. An active campaigner for workers' and women's rights, she is still widely venerated today and the capital is planning a series of cultural events to celebrate her life and legacy.
