Concern for Egyptian hunger-strike blogger

There is growing concern for the well-being of a jailed Egyptian blogger who has been on hunger strike for more than 40 days.

Mikael Nabil was sentenced in April to three years in prison for insulting the military. But continuing legal proceedings have now been adjourned until further notice.

Nabil previously said he would refuse water if he was not released on Tuesday, and supporters fear his continuing detention amounts to a "death sentence".
