Moody's cuts credit ratings of 15 major banks

The Royal Bank of Scotland has complained that Moody's ratings does not recognise the changes they have made to reduce risk.

It is one of 15 major banks, including Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase and Goldman Sachs, that have had their credit ratings lowered on Thursday over shrinking long-term prospects for profitability and growth.
