Chile's 33 freed miners are out of hospital and back home with their families after their 69-day ordeal trapped deep in a mine, but are finding it difficult to keep a low profile.

Their new celebrity status means entire neighbourhoods are out celebrating their return.

Al Jazeera's Monica Villamizar has been speaking to some of the miners about what it is like to be back above ground.

The miners survived for two months and nine days underground - longer than any other miners in history.
