Damascus refugees flee to Lebanon

Tens of thousands of residents of Damascus, the Syrian capital, have fled to Lebanon to escape clashes between government forces and rebels. Government forces have used tanks and helicopters to shell districts across the capital in an effort to drive out the Free Syrian Army, the main armed opposition group.
