Panasonic RX 32 Mini Ghettoblaster Boombox seltsamer tape Fehler wer kann helfen ??

hier seht ihr mein Panasonic RX 32 eine Mini Boombox die auch noch sehr selten zu finden ist der optische Zustand ist sehr gut,leider ist das tape defekt und den Fehler finde ich nicht,Motor bekommt strom deht sich aber nicht defekt ist aber aber auch nicht
dazu kommt noch das seltsame Brummen wer weis was hier los ist ?????? sonst geht alles einwandfrei,der Klang ist super hatte ihn schon mit auf Arbeit und konnte dort sehr gut ein Stockwerk unterhalten was wir entkernten :-)
