Another life lost, no lessons learnt?

It's been barely 10 days since the tragic death of Baby Mahi in Haryana but clearly no lessons have been learnt. A 6-year-old boy fell into an open drain carrying toxic industrial waste. It took the police over 90 minutes to pull the boy out and get him to the Hospital but Sumit was declared dead.
