[SpaceX] Dragon Approaches Station & Performs Retreat/Hold Tests

The Dragon Spacecraft approached the 250 meter point from the International Space Station today ahead of it's planned berthing later.
At 250 meters crew on-board the Station issued a retreat and then hold command to test that Dragon can receive and execute these commands if needed to in an emergency. The tests went well with Dragon responding.
Berthing is scheduled for 15:20 UTC however this is likely to change as the schedule has done all day.
