Immigration advocates slammed the Supreme Court's decision Tuesday to uphold an Arizona law which allows law enforcement to ask for people's identity papers in order to prove they are not illegal aliens. But rights advocates also said the decision -- which ruled most parts of that same hardline anti-immigration law unconstitutional, would also mobilize Latinos to come out to vote in the November elections in favor of President Barack Obama.
