New Greek PM too unwell to attend EU summit

Greece's new Prime Minister, Antonis Samaras is not well enough to travel to a critical EU summit, following an eye operation.

The Prime Minister underwent surgery yesterday just three days after being sworn-in, ruling out an appearance at the summit beginning on June 28.
