Rebels fight back in Syria.
Amateur video which could not be independently verified by Reuters appears to show rebels launching rockets in northwestern Syria. On Sunday Turkey said it would consult with NATO on a response after Syria shot down one of its military aircrafts. That meeting is now set for Tuesday.
Turkey is giving shelter to the rebel Free Syria Army but it denies providing arms for the insurgents.
More footage shows a destroyed home. A man says this is where his brother lived. He says his brother has fled and he does not know what happened to him and his family.
More footage, purportedly shot Saturday in Douma shows a building starting to collapse after it is hit by shelling.
In Dier al-Zor firefighters try to tackle blazes from burnt out cars. Activists say at least 20 people have been killed in the town Sunday. Scores more have been wounded.
