Artist turns New York detritus into works of art

A New York watertower turned work of art by the artist Tom Fruin, he used 1000 pieces of colourful scrap plexiglas to create the art.
The sculpture simply titled "Watertower" is mounted on top of a building in the hip Brooklyn neighbourhood of Dumbo.
