Lindsay Lohan Tweets About Her Exhaustion, Cute Paramedics

Lindsay Lohan is tweeting about her most recent bout with exhaustion, claiming she was working 21 hours a day for four days straight. That, she says, is what caused her to pass out.  Always the optimist, Lindsay says that the upside was being surrounded by cute paramedics.  Gillian Pensavalle agrees with Lindsay about how exhausting she truly is.
