AIA Direct, Inc. - 2012 Agent Bonus / Incentive Program

All of the goals and incentives that we have at American Insurance Agencies Direct, Inc. are realistic and reachable goals. Of the 27 agents we have on staff, we sent 7 to Jamaica last winter, gave out 11 cash bonuses at our banquet, have 9 agents going on an all-inclusive vacation to Mexico this summer and still have many more cash bonuses and vacations to award for their hard work and dedication. We are not a company with 10,000 employees all shooting for one goal, we achieve success through teamwork and will commend and reward excellence to all that show it.
