Codiac R.C.M.P. had Gorge Road completely blocked off to traffic around 10:20 A.M. this morning, because of a motorcycle auto head on crash by the Atlantic Baptist University. The male rider of the bike was laying on the front lawn when Moncton Fire and Paramedics arrived on scene. Police set up cones and were taking pictures of the scene. A Officer told me that the man in his 40's , has a possible broken leg, and he was transported to Hospital code 1. lights and sirens. Road conditions were dry at the time of the accident and 2 tow trucks were needed. Traffic was being rerouted through Magnetic Hill along Front Mountain Road and back unto the Gorge Road. Traffic was still backed up at 11:30 A.M. all the way to Mountain Road which is quite a distance from where the accident happened while Police investigate the accident.
UPDATE, the biker's leg wasn't broke and only needed to get stiches. Video aired on CTV News with Bruce Frisko
