Jennifer Lopez hits Panama City bearing gifts.

Ahead of her concert, her charity the Lopez Family Foundation in coordination with the Children's Hospital in Los Angeles, California, donated digital diagnosis and video conferencing equipment to a local children's hospital.

Sporting her natural curls Lopez says she is excited about the program.
