Afghans fear 80 dead after quake triggers landslide.

At least 80 people are feared dead in northern Afghanistan after an earthquake triggered a landslide which buried mud homes in a mountain village.
Now the search is on for the missing bodies of people trapped under the mud and rubble.
(SOUNDBITE) (Dari) POLICE CHIEF OF BORKA DISTRICT WHERE THE EARTHQUAKE TOOK PLACE, HABIBUR RAHMAN, SAYING:
"Most of the causalities from this earthquake are women and children. We have 20 women, 24 children, and a number of men that are missing."
The United Nations says it is working with authorities to determine what aid is needed.
Afghanistan's north is prone to earthquakes. In 2002, a quake in the same province killed more than 2,000 people.
