It's 2007 and North Korea is in the middle of a bloody coup as a totalitarian dictator has deposed his more democratically inclined father, and now a multitude of nations wants in on the action for nationhood and money. You control one of three mercenaries looking to work for the highest bidder, utilizing weaponry, vehicles, and your allies to work your way through the Deck of 52, everyone who works for the new North Korean leader, General Song.
