Indonesia's booming economy is creating a fast growing middle class, as growing commodity prices are making some people rich.
While nearly half of Indonesians still live on $2 a day and the average per capita annual income in 2010 was only $3000, it is estimated that by 2015 Indonesia will have 100,000 millionaires.
