Colombia's outgoing President Alvaro Uribe has been credited with making Colombia a safer place. He doubled the size of the country's military, tackling FARC guerrillas and drug traffickers. But that record remains tainted by allegations of widespread human rights abuses during his leadership. Teresa Bo reports from La Macarena, in central Colombia (6 Aug, 2010).
