Resetting a kWh meter back to zero

I made this video for snedie69er who had a two rate GEC meter and wanted it reset back to zero.
The number wheels and geneva movements need to be carefully separated, so that the numbers can be rolled back to zero.
A similar method can be applied to most mechanical registers although some registers are a lot more difficult to reset or put a reading on.
