UK's Blair to defend Iraq war decision

Tony Blair, the former British prime minister, is to face questions on his decision to take Britain into the Iraq war and whether his government distorted intelligence reports to justify its actions.

Blair has consistently defended his decision to join the 2003 invasion, a decision that split the country and his own political party.
