Lack of policy further endangers India's street kids

India has between 10 and 20 million street children - more than any other country in the world.

According to the United Nations, 90 per cent of those are addicted to sniffing thinners and glues.

It is the country's lack of regulation and a substance abuse policy for children at risk that have experts worried .
