THE DICTATOR is FLAWED (MOVIE REVIEW)

General Aladeen is another persona created by comedy king Sacha Baron Cohen in his latest film "The Dictator". In the end while the movie has its brilliant moments scattered throughout, it doesn't hold a candle against Cohen's earlier films. We give the movie 2 and a half stars out of 5.
