John Travolta got some good news on Tuesday (May 15) as the first man to accuse him of sexual assault has filed papers to dismiss the lawsuit. Travolta still faces sexual assault allegations from two other men.

Lady Gaga fans in Indonesia will be disappointed. Responding to the pressure from Islamic hard-liners, the government has denied Gaga a permit for her sold-out, June 03 concert. Conservatives said Gaga's concert threatened to undermine the country's moral fiber.

Bret Michaels has settled his lawsuit against the organizers of the Tony Awards and CBS Broadcasting, stemming from a 2009 incident where Michaels was hit in the head by a prop during the awards show. The singer suffered injuries and said the accident contributed to a brain hemorrhage that nearly killed him. Details of the settlement are confidential and will not be released.

Finally, Ellen DeGeneres will receive the U.S.'s top humor prize - the Mark Twain Prize for American Humor, presented by The Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. She will be honored on October 22 with a line-up of star performers in a tribute show to be aired at a later date.
