Tripoli resident describes pockets of resistance

Nasser, a resident of the Tajoura neighbourhood in Tripoli, says that regime forces, which he identifies as mercenaries, are still fighting at the Mitiga air base in the capital and have stationed snipers on some rooftops.

He says some residents have formed ad hoc security battalions and that they will not take revenge on loyalists. They are waiting for the opposition National Transitional Council to take control.
